At the invitation of Mr. To Lam, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and his wife, President U Min Aung Hlaing of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and his wife Daw Kyu Kyu Hla, leading a high-level Myanmar delegation currently visiting the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, paid their salutets in the morning on September by laying wreaths at the Monument to National Heroes and Martyrs
